glbinding dependency update to newer version

glbinding issue has been resolved with help from glbinding-dev team. As it turns out, double initialization had an odd behavior where there is no OpenGL context itself. I am fixing a problem with glfw, once that is done, I will make a release with glb dependency bumped up to 3.0.2.
