Clean headers & reorganize backend agnostic code #207

What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, documentation update, new examples etc.) Reorganization of backend agnostic code

What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here) Some backend independent was clubbed with opengl backend.

Need to address more changes to adhere to min cmake 3.5
