Remove shared, mutable `devices` constructor parameter. #149

Fixes #143 .

I have not had the opportunity to test this (I don't want to be opening and closing my garage door in the middle of the night) but I'm pretty sure this fixes the issue.

OK, I tested it, and this does in fact solve the problem.

Oddly enough MyQ was having an outage today, which made for some very confusing testing, but the errors from the outage were unrelated (and were visible in the phone app as well)l.
