What should the feature do: Update container image on gcr.io

What is use case behind this feature: The image (gcr.io/arrikto/kubeflow/oidc-authservice) haven't been updated since 2019

Hello @we10710aa. We updated our gcr.io/arrikto/kubeflow/oidc-authservice registry several times within 2020 and 2021. You can see the list of the respective images here: https://console.cloud.google.com/gcr/images/arrikto/global/kubeflow/oidc-authservice.

Currently, we push our AuthService images to the gcr.io/arrikto/oidc-authservice registry. We have standardized on this decision. You can find the latest AuthService images there. Here is a link to the new registry: https://console.cloud.google.com/gcr/images/arrikto/GLOBAL/oidc-authservice

Can you verify that you have access to the above registry?
