Added the following known bot accounts (IP grabber / hate raid) to the list:

ive looked over your list

most, many are deleted users that dont exist or they changed their username, banning them wont do anything useful.

or you created duplicates or changed the capitalization

also im not in the business of banning hateraiders if they arent physically in your chat only users that appear on the userlist via IRC are considered "lurker bots"

a quick and dirty test you can verify a user exists (isnt deleted) use the python3 tool:
