Fix scripts to point to the right file #12

the scripts should be pointing to jar files called arrowhead-*.jar or is there something that I'm missing?

You did not miss anything, the artifact IDs changed recently to have the common "arrowhead-" prefix, so debian packaged linux services can be started/stopped with 1 command. We simply forgot to update the "manual" start scripts, thanks for noticing!
