Add ability to display self-destruct messages anyway #159

This PR adds the ability to display self-destruct messages. It also includes #154 and #133 for convenience.

For some reason, there are some groups where every message is marked as self-destructing, which defeats the point of having a client. This PR adds a config checkbox that allows the user to access the self-destructing messages anyway. This works perfectly for me.

have this checkbox enabled but still have the error message :(

Just as note: those groups abuse the self destruct message system to hide the messages they say. Because of #150 those groups sometimes popup.
