If you scan a large say 6 TB drive it takes a long time, it also takes a long time to fix the dupes.
You should be able to save the dupe. Come back later and work on it.
If you fix some the dupes using other methods or the files just change over time.
Then there should be a 'refresh' option.
This option would allow the dupe tool to just rescan only the dupes and not the entire drive to determine if they are still the same dupes.
They should be removed if no longer dupes.
interested in this. I will think about iterative scanning and iterative dupe removal. Also iterative addition of new folders or files.
