Menus not provided for singleplayer or gamemode selection and options #22

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At this time there are no menus for singleplayer, or gamemode selection and 
options for multiplayer.

I'm not going to implement this for a while, my rationale is that Valve doesn't 
seem to care about listen server provisions in their latest titles, so why 
should I?
