support background data capture for audio and location #43

For surveys that consist of interviewing people, it might be interesting to 
keep a running audio of 
the whole interview in parallel to filling the form. Currently ODK Collect only 
supports standalone 
audio questions.

Launching an activity to do this is possible, but can we make it easier?
