Last time slot displayed #110

I've noticed this on the demo sites as well as the code I've been working with 
here. I can't figure out 
how to make the calendar accept a drag to create event that reaches the last 
time slot displayed 
(whether its 12AM or 6PM). In the case of my code, which shows two time slots 
per hour, it always 
stops at 11:30PM.

Any suggestions?
