Disabling calendar hourly #130

I have a quite complicated requirement where we need to indicate on the week 
calendar that a resource is not available for some part of the day. 

Can we have the calendar to disable creation of events for certain hours of a 
particular day? On the ui, it will be nice if we are able to shade some part of 
the day, on which events can neither be created nor dropped.

Also can we have the business hours configurable for each day of the week?
