Limit the calendar by start and end date #58

Please add the option to limit the calendars size by giving options for a
start and end date.

Does this relate to limiting the number of days in a week ?

If the start and end date would result in a period of less then 7, yes. It is 
just to
make the calendar easier to use when only in use for a specific span of time 
(e.g.
events and festivals).
