Add support for 'busy time'. #62

I haven't thought about the implementation of this too much yet but i'm
thinking of a special type of data that can be returned called 'busy' or
something. This will be able to define blocks of time that are unavailable
in the calendar. This time would be rendered as disabled and no events
would be able to be created or moved into this time.  I think this will
provide an answer to a couple of things people are trying to do.
