6 years ago I intended it to be GPL v2 "ONLY"
the license is merely a text file in the directory: https://github.com/arshaw/xdate/blob/master/GPL-LICENSE.txt
i don't have a license-identifier string like in any of the json files i don't think.
not sure if that complies with RMS's rules
