aapt in androidl not build #737

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.compile aapt from androidl source
2.if framework file apktool/framework/1.apk no AndroidManifest.xml file in it.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ERROR: Asset package include '/home/g/apktool/framework/1.apk' not found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
apktool2.0-rc3

Please provide any additional information below.

That's why we build our own from source with changes. Not a bug.
