Header Accounts are Missing By Default #113

Header accounts are missing by default and also there is no button to insert them. Without header accounts, finance section can not be run in any situation furthermore no journal entry can not be made.

This has been fixed now. As a new company is created, the header accounts will be created automatically along with a couple of other things. I'm closing this issue.
