Applicant name is missing #43

If Applicant name is missing in application page, the how a competent authority can judge that who one is applying for application. No Designation is also mentioned there.

@qasimayaz Designation name has been added. Now, the thing is: a few employees were created in past having no name, and if they have applied for anything, so nothing will appear in notification. So I can assume that in production this won't happen as from now on, you can't create a new employee unless it has a First Name, and a Last Name.

I'm closing the issue, and if you can create this issue by applying through an employee who has a name, and yet his name doesn't show up in notification or anywhere in the site, kindly re-open the issue.
