account summary needed at tree view #51

@Arslan-Ali-Butt @ibraheemzafar It will be useful to see account balance each node in the account tree. positive or negative( marked within bracket)

@lakbima It's done. Each chart of accounts now shows the balance along with its name. Let me know if you would like to have further changes in it. For the time being, I'm closing the issue.
