full video view chrome-hidden under-task bar in win10 full video mode hidden in windows 10 task bar see photos chrome and firefox not visible lower right exit and video 240 360 480 720 etc..

windows 10 edge browser works normal full screen everything is visible

error in my own windows 10 laptop ?, restarted computer and works normal again
