10 years ago My suggestions:
1) No message to remind user which field is required.
2) Sign up button is still enabled even user enters nothing and then clicks on button. After clicking on sign up button for empty record, it leads to sign in page, not the page alerts user to login or visit as a guest.
3) phone number, email address, etc should be in a format.
4) what is Availability? Is that better to add small question mark next to labels to help user understand what this field is?
