Now root users can change anyone's passwords. THat is okay for now.
Non-root users can change the path to /users/any_text_here/edit, and it will always go to their own edit screen. Not sure if that's good or bad.
Should add flash confirmation message that changes to user were successfully changed.
Make "admin?" checkbox grayed-out when current_user==@user, and display message "logged-in admins cannot revoke their own admin privileges."
