ajax datepicker no longer works #20

and there are dozens of jquery errors in the log file.

Fixed the jquery errors by removing those files' script_include_tag from layouts/application.html.

There is a mysterious "all.js" file on the production server. It's somehow being included in the header too. Is this done magically by Rails? Apache? Is this what's breaking the datepicker on the production server, even though it works fine on the development server.
