new dates via datepicker don't have a revision_id #28

they need to be assigned to the current revision_number. This is terrible and another reason why revisions should be dumped in favor of going completely online.

Maybe the modified dates should have the same revision_number as the current-displayed revision. Same for new dates. Whatever the dropdown menu says the current revision_date is, that's where the new date row should go.
