Unable to generate ATLAS licence

Hi,

Attached is the error I get when trying to generate an ATLAS License Please help me resolve this. This is a blocker.

This is known issue. User is valid even one does not have preferred condition defined. When we create a license, we create Grant for a User to exploit a Feature. And here is important for the User to have preferred condition, as it actually guards a Grant.

While we are fixing this model inconsistency, here is workaround.

Have a check if the User have preferred condition declared properly. If it is agreed to use run anywhere license for this User, then just degrade the condition, use something like os.family=*
