Follow Button incorrectly shows following on new wallet connect #140

  1. Be disconnected from wallet on a profile page
  2. Sign in to new wallet that is not following the profile you're viewing (and you don't own the profile)
  3. isFollowing will resolve true showing that you're following the profile until the page is refreshed
