noEventSort is not working #11

Describe the bug The noEventSort feature of RootInput is not working.

To Reproduce On any Mu2e machine, copy the files from /mu2e/app/users/kutschke/Bugs/noEventSort into a clean working directory

source setup.sh
source reproduce.sh >& reproduce.log

If this is a high-priority issue No. We do not need this feature now but we would like to keep this door open because our DAQ will produce highly unordered events and we do not yet understand the processing overhead that sorting will incur.
