The only way to dismiss a Mantella follower is through the dialogue menu. However, some NPCs like Agnis have their dialogue menu disabled, so it is not possible to dismiss them. An alternative way of dismissing followers needs to be added, possibly via a command where if the player simply says "dismiss" and nothing else, the NPC stops following.
