xtts Accents not working as intended with xtts-api-server-mantella #288

xtts accent isn't working as intended.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set up xtts-api-server-mantella normally.
  2. In Mantella's config.ini set: xtts_accent = 1
  3. Go to Whiterun and start a conversation with Arcadia in Arcadia's Cauldron in the Marketplace. Arcadia (and all Imperials) have 'pt' for Portuguese as their default lang_override value from the Airtable to give them a subtly different accent (and reflect the ancient heritage of the Portuguese Empire in medieval and renaissance times 😄 )

Expected Result: Arcadia has a subtly diffferent accent when in MantellaSpeech compared to GameSpeech. Actual Result: they are both the same.
