Mantella is a Skyrim and Fallout 4 mod which allows you to naturally speak to NPCs using Whisper (speech-to-text), LLMs (text generation), and xVASynth / XTTS (text-to-speech).
The idea is to have technically only one conversation, where npcs are added and removed depending on their proximity.
That would allow for a seamless way to speak to them.
Current followers might be always in the conversation.
