Add groups so {time} is prompt-optional in skyrim_prompt #370

Discussing with Shawn on the Discord, it came up that having some extra {time_group} options would make {time} very optional for the skyrim_prompt - because Skyrim doesn't have clocks. Or even sundials. "precision" timekeeping (alchemy and baking, presumably) is done via hourglasses.

Closing this as this feature has been separately added and hourly time updates have been disabled by default
