When I want to write italic text with the following characteristics, they are not sorted out correctly. Example: \glqq Trustworthy AI: From Principles to Practices \grqq{}\footnote{\cite[]{18_Principles-to-Practices}} -> I just want => Trustworthy AI: From Principles to Practices

This is fixed with pull request #5.
