Add ability to manually specify height/width in options #138

It would make Glift a lot more user friendly if height/width were specifiable in the options.

Suggestion from jon diamond: "Could I suggest that you add a min-height to issue 139 if this will help solve the non-existent height issue?"

Good idea; probably worth pursuing.
