Change flattener code to support 3 layers rather than 2 #82

For some types of diagrams, it's necessary to call out all three layers separately. The use case is -- what if the stones are smaller than the intersections?

not necessary for now, but would be to generate igo.sty like diagrams where the stones don't touch.
