Support SGF Aliases #86

The use case is this: if you provide the SGF directly in the SGF collection, it's useful for complex SGFs to not have to re-specify the SGF. Instead, it would be nice to refer to the SGF as some alias.

Filenames serve this purposes for ajax-y collections. Just need a similar solution normal SGFs.

Note: this is specifically necessary for SGF Collection generation, used in GPub.
