Delete bagit-java #225

AM v1.10 stops using bagit-java (https://github.com/artefactual/archivematica/pull/1362 not merged yet). This pull request removes bagit-java from am-packbuild.

FYI: AM still uses BagIt, it's based on the Python library that we install via pip requirements.
