Compose: add project name am17

In previous commits, we changed the allocated ports and the physical path of the external volumes used in stable/1.7.x - but this was not enough.

Override project name and the names of the external volumes in the stable/1.7.x to guarantee that the resources are not shared with the environment we deploy in the master branch.

The names and paths are not final, feel free to suggest changes.

  • Pointed to ~/.am/v17x/am-pipeline-data
