Problem: docker-compose up -d -build fails, Failed to fetch http://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie #76

Problem while running the docker-compose up -d -build command:

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

According to the IRC channel for Debian, Jessie is now not supported:
