Allow redeploy

For development, add tasks to wipe the existing AM install and redeploy, similar to dev-helper recreate-db/erase-indexes/clear-storage/restart-services

Should

• Clear /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/tmp/tmp*, /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/www/thumbnails/, /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/www/AIPsStore/transferBacklog/originals/, /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/watchedDirectories/uploadedDIPs/, /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/www/AIPsStore/????, /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/www/DIPsStore/ and watchedDirectory contents
• Drop the existing DB
• Recreate the DB with SQL & syncdb
• Clear ES indexes
• Restart all services to get the changes
