Consider directories AMD section #76

Read directories AMD sections from structMap.
Write ADMID attribute in structMap, only for directories.

Additionally, drop Python 3.4 support as the latest lxmlversion didn't support it anymore and it looks like we don't need to do it either, based on the Python 3 ADR.
