Reworked permissions logic and added helper methods:

Created class to handle file permission metadata
Added method to get inherited permission of directory
Added method to unset child permissions of a directory
Added unit tests for permission logic

UI permission sanity enforcement:

Added logic to unset child file/directory permissions when a directory's permission is set
Added logic to disable permission setting if an inherited permission exists
