Add support for Vecteur SIPs

• Use new version of removefiles activity.
• Add TransferType enum.
• Add identify transfer activity.
• Rename TransferType enum to SIPType.
• Check structure for all SIP types:
  • Rename Transfer related activities and enum to SIP.
  • Rewrite sip package and SIP struct to only inlcude type and required paths.
  • Create SIP from identify SIP activity.
  • Rewrite file formats and check structure activities to be the ones checking the filesystem with the SIP paths.
  • Return all possible validation errors before Bag creation, use multi error instead of predefined errors.
• Follow same workflow path for all SIP types:
  • Rename transform Vecteur AIP activity to transform SIP.
  • Add RemovePaths to SIP struct to be used on the transformation.
  • Use SIP struct in transform SIP activity to transform based on SIP type.
  • Combine and remove PREMIS files for all SIPs.
  • Create Bags using go-bagit for all SIPs.
  • Delete remove files activity.
  • Remove irrelevant workflow test.
• Remove repackage_sip Python script and related activity.
• Use Bag creation activity from temporal-activities:
  • Adapted from @djjuhasz PR: artefactual-sdps/preprocessing-base#4.
• Use fsutil package from go.artefactual.dev/tools.
• Normalize activities.
• Check for unexpected top-level directories.
• Remove SIP before copy in Tilt submit button.
