Update SIP transformation output

Fixes #33.

• Create a subdirectory of "objects/" with the same name as the SIP directory
• Copy the content and header directories and their content into the "/objects/[sip-name]/" directory
• Move the "metadata.xml" file to the "objects/[sip-name]/header" directory instead of the "metadata/" dir (Vecteur SIP) or deleting it (Vecteur AIP)
• Update Vecture AIP SIP structure, identification, validation and transformation to include both the metadata.xml and UpdatedAreldaMetadata.xml files
