Add sample Dataverse transfers #45

The transfers included in this commit are all CC0. They have been included from the:

A note on this PR All transfers have been tested locally and pass. The transfers selected are of varying composition and complexity. They each come from different Dataverse installations. A link to what CC0 means for us and these datasets is included in the file README.md.

Looks good, @ross-spencer! Thanks for including the README too. My only concern is that users who are just looking at an Archivematica instance might click on the Dataverse directory rather than the sample directory inside, but I can't think of a way to mitigate that without removing that directory altogether. I think let's leave it as-is and if people do report confusion, we can revisit.
