Add files to SampleData directory that allow for testing of the transfer-with-access-copies scenario as per the Archivematica Testing Checklist. Note that the checklist will need to be updated to reflect that there are now three files involved with different formats than described in the checklist.

I'd forgotten about this open PR and ended up merging basically a duplicate, so I'm closing this.
