Drop Python 2.7 support #82

Since this repository is not versioned after Archivematica releases we decided to keep Python 2.7 support for AM 1.13.x and below.

Closing this in favor of https://github.com/artefactual/archivematica-sampledata/pull/83 which fixes the createtransfers script in Python 3.
