Add Docker configuration #119

Add a Dockerfile and standard configuration for the automation tools. The included Dockerfile updates the compose_archivematica-dashboard image with the automation-tools and a standard configuration. The standard configuration uses the settings that are needed for running the automation-tools next to the Archivematica docker-compose setup.

It's not very polished or fancy, but I build it for my own workflow/testing so I thought I might as well share it. I am open to making it better if you guys have any suggestions. If it doesn't really fit in the project feel free to close the PR.

Hello @jorikvankemenade! We know this has been open a long time- we're just doing some PR clean-up, and wanted to thank for sharing this although it is not something we plan to implement, so we'll close it.
