Restore functionality #53

Can we restore backup on a device using NetiMobileDevice? i found functionality for backup but not for restore

I haven't currently implemented this into the project, however I know it should be possible.

If you want to have a go at implementing it please feel free, if not I can probably add it sometime in the next week.
