Replace deprecated Gradle-version with latest recommended version #139

This fixes a error, which occurs on imports into latest Android Studio (1.2).

@dotWee thanks! Can you please fix the problem with the build, seems like this library https://github.com/afollestad/material-dialogs can not be resolved :(

Wail builds but is currently untested. That library needed a version bump, as it isn't available anymore. Also I couldn't see any breaking changes in the changelog so far.
