Stability issues with every single program from artemanufrij #138

I'm a big fan and patron of elementary OS. I really would like to use all the programs of artemanufrij like "melody" or "memories" but every single one of them is so incredible unstable that I can't use them. On my Thinkpad X240 they just keep crashing after 20 seconds or if I got over that when I try to search something in my library. I tried melody, memories and cinema. All of them are not usable. Just the "formatter" and "image burner" run like a charm.

What do I do wrong? I never had such issues with other eOS programs from the AppCenter and I'd love to be able to support the great work of FOSS developers like artemanufrij. This same bug comes back just in Apps from artemanufrij.

@hukipola thank you for your feedback. I use Melody each day (on Loki) and it doesn't crashes. Could you run it from command line, please. Maybe it throws some useful error messages.

I started memories from terminal and got this output after 10 seconds in: (com.github.artemanufrij.showmypictures:27355): Gtk-WARNING **: drawing failure for widget 'ShowMyPicturesFastViewWindow': invalid value (typically too big) for the size of the input (surface, pattern, etc.)

I didn't try melody for months and right now it seems to run smoothly. So I can't say the same for melody - sorry for that. Should I move this issue over to memories, then? Thanks for your work! I really appreciate it.
